Adult TCKs
Adult TCKs are some of the bravest people I know.
We navigate cultures. We adapt constantly. We integrate to survive. We work really hard to make friends, to maintain connection, and to find belonging across our multi cultural existence. And while we do this without roots, we cannot do it alone. The books, blogs, podcasts, and research below have all been an encouragement to me as I grow into my Adult TCK identity. I hope they are a similar encouragement for you!

If you'd like to have a chat and a virtual coffee about the Adult TCK experience, with all its joy and all its grief and all its nuance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'd love to hear from you.
